Routing guitar body cavities - correct router bits

I am making a guitar body and would like to know the best size router bit to use for routing the pickup, tremolo, control cavities. I would also like to know what bit i can use to smooth out the bottom and sides of the cavities.....any info on what size, and where i can get them would help a lot.
