SA160 Input jack Problems

Hey, I'm new here, I'm having a bit of trouble with my guitar...

I've got an Ibanez SA160, Korean Made, and its about 2 years old. The input jack is incredibly loose i.e. when i put in a lead, it can easily fall out if I so much as tap the lead. I opened up the back panel, and it *looks* like there's nothing much I can do apart from get a replacement. So:

- Where in the UK would I be able to get a replacement?

- Is there anything I can do myself?

Thanks

You sure it can't just be tightened up?

If you do need a new one, and want an Ibanez original, any major guitar shop that sells Ibanez will be able to get one and it doesn't usually take long. I got a new locking nut for my universe that way though a shop in Newcastle and it was at my door in 48 hrs.

no, it's inside a metal casing thing... I can't actually get at the pins inside it, or tighten it in any way.
