set up tools

i recently purchased an rg 3120 the store set it up for me,i`m not 100% happy with it.
the length of time i`ve been playing i can`t believe i haven`t gotten into setting up my own guitars.
after checking out some of the info on this site i feel i should be the one setting up my guitars.
i had a magazine that listed everything one would need for a thorough kit but i can`t find it.
i have some tools but i plan on purchasing some specifically for guitar.i checked out the tools needed in the set up area i`m not sure if i missed something or if it listed everything.if someone could give me a thorough list of what i should put in a guitar tool kit besides the wrenches that come with a guitar,it would be appreciated.

a basic kit....

allan keys/wrenches x3; one for the nut, one for getting strings in/out of saddles (could be the same as the nut one.. cant remember), one to move saddles for adjusting intonation

truss rod wrench; adjust neck bow/relief

phillips head screwdriver X1; for adjusting tremolo spring to get angle of bridge relative to body correct

ibanez edge intonation tool

... that should cover the basics.
