Setting Trmeleo angle

Ok so i have the original edge on my Rg570. It says the bottom of it should be parallel with the body right? Now I need to set the action by the bridge height. On the jemsite tech section it says to Loosen the bridge stud set screw on each stud a few complete turns counterclockwise with a 1.5 mm allen wrench, well when i do that it doesnt seem like I'm turning anything. Can anyon give me more info on how to do this? thanks

you mean the Allen key turns loose, or the set screw is kind of locked?

you got the Allen key 'grabbing' the set-screw's hex-slot but it's kind of stiff to loose. did i understand well?

if so, give the stud a little turn anti-clockwise. this should unlock the set-screw.
if this doesnt work, spray some WD40 down into the set-screw hole. then try again.

I think he means it's just spinning [which means it wasn't tight to begin with] in which case you should be able to lower the studs no problem

ok.. well then do i have to tighten it back up afterwards?
Because my guitar teacher lowered the action for me with no trouble but, the angle is wrong (he was used to the original floyd roses and not the edge) So I need to make the angle higher, then the action will raise aswell. But the only thing im concerned about is the action is as low as it could go so once i change the angle is it going be able to go back to wear it is now? Sorry for my ignorance... thanks!

More than you want to pay.

Pull the trem w/ strings on, pull the neck. Cut a 3/8" strip off one end of a buisness card and tape it in the neck pocket at the neck p/u end of the pocket. Put everything back together.
