Setting up a neck help pls


hey, the neck of my old ibanez is getting



a bit like that, (not that extreme)

i have never set up a neck anyone can give me some advice? do i need to remove ever string first? it's a tremolo

You probably just need a truss rod adjustment.

Which way is up in that picture? Is that bump on the bottom a nut pointed down (and the neck is backbowed), or is the neck facing upward (and the neck is front-bowed)? If it is backbowed, loosen the rod. If it is front-bowed, tighten the rod.
