Source for RG3120 pots?

I've looked in all the usual places, but I find it ridiculous that I have to pay $15 for a pot. $5 is the right price for it, given that it really costs about $2 to buy in large batches.

Does anyone know where I can buy a volume pot for less $$$? Or higher quality pot for the same $$$?

Re: Source for RG3120 pots?

i just bought two dimarzio pots for 5 bucks a pop at guitar center. they didn't have them in stock, so i had to pay shipping, which didn't really matter since i also bought a jack and a 5-way switch.

Re: Source for RG3120 pots?

I bought a low noise conductive plastic pot at digikey.com. It's made by Bourns and they call it Model 95. It's $13, but it's probably the lowest noise pot you'll find, and it's designed specifically for the guitar (100000 cycles rotational life). If anyone wants one in their RG, you need to know that you'll have to enlarge the hole by a hair in order to install it, and you need a knurled shaft model, because standard Ibanez knobs don't fit on a solid shaft ones. Once installed, the pot is smooth as butter with a wee bit less resistance than the stock RG3120 pot.
