Still having issues with floyd... grrrrrr

2 Questions....

#1 if someone has theyre floyd (lo pro or whatever you got) off their jem/RG can you measure how deep the bottom piece is? Its the piece that the strings get strung through. The original floyd that I have is too deep.

#2 Does anyone know the diameter of the posts that are countersunk into the guitar? I found a few different ones on my local guitar shop (he gave them to me for free) and they dont fit, theyre too small for the hole thats drilled.

Thanks for the help!

If your rem is going in a recessed body, then you need the shorter block (32-37mm), and if you are looking to replace Ibanez studs, then only Ibanez studs will fit.

Im not 100% sure It just says floyd rose on it. Not Lisc. floyd rose. Its from a kramer baretta that had the floyd mounted about the body and not counter sunk. I will probably just get something from Bay. Gotta look for the deals!

Sounds like an original Floyd Rose, so what body are you wanting to mount it on?
