I know, I shouldn't be posting twice in the same day. I'm probably getting annoying, and I'll undoubtedly be going on a few hit lists, but I have a new problem with the Edge III.
Everything was going well, all spring troubles resolved, getting tuned up, when my B
string popped straight out of the
saddle. Thinking maybe it was loose, I put it back in and tightened firmly. Once I got up to my normal tuning, it came out again--and again the third time I tried. I took the string off and put on a new one of close to the same gauge, but that did no better. Must be the saddle. I've been searching, of course, but this problem seems rare, and I can't find anything targeted at what's happening. I'm dying here...it's been six hours of trying to get my guitar to take new strings, and it's chipping at my morale.
