Swapping toggle switch and volume pot?

Sorry if this is a completely stupid question, but I was wondering if you could easily just change out the volume and 3-way toggle switches (ie: without any drilling or mods like that)

For example, on this guitar:

I would want the pickup selector where the volume is, the the volume where the tone is, and the tone where the pickup selector is. make sense? don't get me started on volume knobs being too close to the strings!

yes, you should be able to. it looks like a full size toggle switch so it shouldn't require any mods. go for it.

Re: Swapping toggle switch and volume pot?

On all the guitar bodies I have, the hole for the 3-way switch is slightly wider. If that's the case, then slight filing may be necessary to put the switch in the volume pot hole, but by no means a big project.
