Terrible feebback problem, HELP !!!

My friend has an Ibanez RG.

He made a new "mocking bird style" body to replace the old RG one.

(donīt ask me what a mocking bird body is doing there...)

Then he also changed the pickups, he tried some Duncans Alnico...

But he didnīt like and wanted to change , (re)installing the stock Ibanez powersounds pickups.

But when he did it, the guitar started making a LOT of a strange feedback, loud enough to be considered "out of control", and it happens with ALL the stock pickups...
