Tightening Whammy bar on Edge Tremlo - Can I tighten the bar

Hello,

I am new to the World of Ibanez guitars... I just got an RG550BK recentley and Love it! *My question is: *I am wondering if the whammy bar on the Edge trem can be tightened so when I move it, it'll stay in place and not spin around. *It looks like the input for the bar can be adjusted with a screw driver. *I'm not sure so I want to ask first.

Tightening Whammy bar on Edge Tremlo

There is a nut on the under side of the base plate you will have to tighten, you will have to take the trem out to do this.It is easy to do go here to see how to remove the trem with strings attached.

Or... you can just put new bushings on. Why goop up a $20 trem bar with nail polish to save a $1 in new bushings??

Wow I just descoverd that this procedure isnt as easy with a pezio tremlo. The double edge dosnt give much room to work.
