Hey guys



My main question is , where do i get an ibanez rg template for making my body ?


I am totally new to making guitars , although i have played for 13 years.

Ideally i would like to know what the main tools needed would be (and no i cant afford a CNC lol), as i am making a purchase list , from an investment viewpoint. If any of you have any specific pointers it would be greatly appreciated

Check stewmac (.com i think?) for tools and stuff. It is a lot of money and tools still man

I got some JEM/RG templates (same thing really) off ****.
The bare essentials to build a guitar:
Router
Drill of some kind (preferably a pedestal drill)
Bandsaw or Jigsaw
Spokeshave or rasps for neck shaping
Sander (Belt, orbital, palm, anything really, although these arent necessary)
Hammer, files for fretting
