trem claw screw holes?

how do i drill the 2 holes for the trem claw in a jem body? i have this thing tungoiled up and am ready to put the trem in but want to drill the 2 holes .ive heard a long 1\8 drill bit but it will still be at an angle. i need advice from someone who has succesfully done this advice. please and thanks.

It's supposed to be at an angle. Go buy a 12" bit, it's only about $5. I'm not sure mine is 1/8" though, take a screw and stay smaller, unless you're drilling mahogany.

thanks rich it just looks like if i go to far it could come out of the body that perle guy could have drillede them i gotta drill the strap button holes too scard of the horn one lol.

It's at an angle, but very shallow. The bit will be as close to the body back as possible.
