TRS Trem

Hey guys. my TRS needs a bit of work. First off, the E saddle. For some reason the saddle sat higher than the B saddle, even after cleaning and reassembling. So, i switched the E and B saddle. that fixed the string heigth problem but after a bit of playing, the saddle shot forward. i tried tightening the hex screw and almost stripped it in the process. still the saddle does not stay put. After I get that solved, the trem needs intonation, bad. is there a special tool for this trem to set intonation? I know there is one for the edge. If this trem keeps giving me problems I'm gonna try to fit my edge in there, with minimal routing. i dont have any special routing machine but i've seen some guys fit edges in TRS cavities. here is a pic of the trem.

the e saddle in this pic is in the normal position but after a pull up it slides forward.

Did you notice a tiny washer under each screw head? Talking about the small screw that holds the saddle down. The Edge bridge has these and sometimes when you take things apart, the washer will end up UNDER the saddle which will raise it a bit. Check for that and then maybe go to the hardware store and find tiny lock washers that fit those screws. You should be able to tighten them enough to hold even under extreme wammy abuse. If it is stripped out, maybe get a replacement bridge of the bay.
