Tube Question...

just got my tubes in, ordered a set of JJ/Tesla 6L6GC's and a set of JJ/Tesla 12AX7's... took out the 6L6GC's and noticed they have 1 less pin than the 6L6GT's in my blue voodoo... is this going to be a problem? also does anyone know where the test points to check bias are on a Blue Voodoo, and what value i should be biasing to? i got no clue and the manual doesn't state anything

Because the bias voltages need to be very precise, i would take it to a technician. If you want to do it yourself, be careful: the voltages are often 300-400 volts.

i've already done it myself, and the amp is working great... i was a missile technician in the navy, and much of the training i got was electronics focused, so i know all the proper safety precautions etc.
