hey guys!
i have a huge problem with my guitars neck! it's strarted to get really dirty and the contitioner doesn't response! fook!
i found out this prouduct :
http://www.nanophos.com/en/SurfaPoreW_en.html
(Water repellent for protecting wooden surfaces)

that's nano tech for woods (makes the wood dry)
and finally put tung oil to protect the maple neck!

does it work??? or only the nanothing?

Re: tung oil?

might be a little late but get some 0000 steel wool hit the neck with it then re apply a coat of yung oil with a cheese cloth wipe it on till its all shiny then wait 5 minutes buff it out with a polishing cloth just the cloth and wait 24 hours then presto like new.

Is it best to use 100% tung oil or the blended stuff?

Re: tung oil?

it's ok guys! thank you a lot!
that think it works : http://www.nanophos.com/en/SurfaPoreW_en.html

and also the tung oil it's fine after 0000 steel wool BUT
you have to wait 2 days for a nice shiny clearcoated job!
and for sure use a polish cloth as andrewsfury has said before!
