Tung oil neck mod
So I've got this really awesome gretsch guitar with a set neck. The only problem is that the finish on the neck is really sticky. Especially in comparison to my other guitar that has an oil finish. I think it's tung oil but I can't be sure. Feels great though. Can I sand down the finish on my Gretsch and put a tung oil finish on it? Seems like a relatively simple mod just want to make sure I go about it right. Any info would help!
