Tuning Instability!

Could changing gauge to 10-52 be responsinle for tuning instability?
Also is constantly changing string height responsible for flattening knife edges?

an RG 470 but I had it routed for a Lo-Pro Edge and I currently have it installed. I also needed to file the knive edges at a time and i had around 98% stability which is ok for me. But since the change from 9-42 to 10-52 (everything properly including tremolo angle, truss rod relief intonation) the pullups were totally unstable and even pushing the tremolo back again didnt help at all.

I don't know much about the TRS bridges, but did you have to also dowel and redrill the mounts for the posts?

If so, check them for play. If they are coming loose that can cause this type of instability and PERHAPS the heavier gauge strings simply brought out a problem that wasn't showing up with the lighter strings.

Go to ibanezrules.com and go through Rich's tuning problem checklist, it's very comprehensive and may help you find the problem, I can't tell you any more than his site can.
