I just got a gold Lo-Pro edge off ebay (72 eur! woohoo ), and this 'thing' was also included in the package.. The trem came from an old RG, so I think this piece of metal is from that guitar too. If anyone knows what this is and why and how I should use it, I'd be very grateful

Oh, and also, would it be better to install the Trem by keeping the old TRS springs??

That looks like an allen key holder, for the back of the headstock..

Hey you could be right!! The keys fit the holes exactly. But don't the ibanez keyholders look completely different??

You got me there, I've never seen an Ibanez with the key holder stock from the factory..

It's not stock, but it was cool of the seller to include it. That is in fact a Floyd Rose trem wrench holder. A nifty and useful invention.
