URGENT- RG7620 problem..please help???

Hallo..
Today i recieved my first 7 string..
a RG7620GN..
it has travelled for 36 days from United States to Serbia..
I bought it unseen..through a middle man heer from Serbia..
I have received it today..ina a nice Ibanez case..with guarantee..wrenches and stuff..
The guitar looks totaly new..even the frets have no wear..
And it looks REALLY BEAUTiFULL..!!!

But..

BUT..
i have a problem, that worries hell out of me!
Concirning trem use..
And i am not new to a lo pro edge..i had 2 guitars with it already..
But..

When i do a deeper dive with an arm, a CLANG can be heard..
And then, when i instantly do a pull up, there is another ne..
I think that the sound is coming from the locking nut area..
The nut is doing its locking function properly..so its not the problem..
Also, when the nut is not locked, the CLANG can be heard..maybe less frequent..

I tried to hold fingers of my left arm on the strings behind the nut, between the locking nut and tuning pegs, while i try to dive..and i can feel a slight release during the CLANG while doing dive..like the tension is releasing there on the strings..although it can not be noticed in tonal aspect..

Is this the neck problem..?

Is this fixable..?

Please, PLEASE, someone help me..

Make sure the locking nut is fastened tightly and securely to the neck, and make sure the neck is done up tight enough too.

I am sure now that, when locking nut is not locked, everything works fine..
but, when i lock it, than the clang sound comes out again on dive/pull..

And, how to check is the nut fasten tight enough..? there are 2 screws from the bottom side of it..should i just tighten both of them..?

Yes, just snug them, don't gorilla-tighten them.
