UV neck - Rough
I played a new UV777bk this past week...the neck felt like silk..
MINE DOESN'T!!!!!!!
it feels course...how do I fix it...
I'm sure i just need to sand it....anyone have a tutorial on it?

UV neck
Unless you want to sand it, I'd just use 0000
steel wool
to smooth it out. If you don't want to remove finish use burlap or something similar.

UV neck
Just go get some 0000 steel wool, mask off the body around the
neck joint
, and sand away. Go with the grain, not against it and the neck will be super-smooth....

It has a finish???
the back of my UV777bk didn't seem to have a finish...am I wrong?

Sounds to me like someone sanded down the back of your neck to make it smooth but did a half arse job of it (unless you bought your UV new that is)

Yup, they're lightly oiled without the annoying poly-acrylic... glen
