Contact Ricky G. Garcia (Jemfest 2001 Artist). *He's attending Berklee and can probably steer you in the right direction. *Check out his eclectic tunes while you're there!
www.rickyggarcia.com

Rob Keeler is up in that area too. *I'll have him post his email addy if he knows any good tech's up there.

There is a great shop right around the corner, on the little side street, from the Berklee Perf Center, oposite Daddy's. They cahnge the name every now and again but now I belive it is called M.E.R.C. (Musical Equiptment Repair Center). I bring all my gtrs there for a setup and rumor has it so does Aerosmith (but I can not confirm).

Hope this helps.

There is also a shop on Boylston St, in between the 1140 Boylston and 150 Mass ave Berklee buildings, it's called "Broken Neck" guitar. It's next to a record shop and a Duncan Donuts. * I haven't had any repairs or setups done since I moved here, but the sign says "same day return on most setups" ...you can't beat that!

If you need a specific address, let me know.. I'll go outside and look.

Let me know about your experience when you pick someone.

The only person I've had do anything is a guy named Pat,
and that was for a quick wiring fix, so nothing big.
He comes into Guitar Center near BU a couple of times a week,
but he is an independent tech who does Ibanez warranty work. You can call him at 978 372 0252.
