What Clearcoat to Use on a Custom Painter Pickguard

Hi Guys,

Sorry for the rookie question but what clearcoat spray can be used for a custom painted pickguard? My 7 yr old daughter painted a new pickguard for me but I'm afraid the paint will eventually chip off without a clearcoat finish.

Can anyone recommend a brand of clearcoat finish?
