What is the best thing to clean a dirty neck - Tech related

hi:

Newbie here with a question.
What is a good product to clean the dirt and gunk off the fret board and neck of my guitar?

Also, once your trem and neckplate pit out is there any way to remedy it?

Thanks

Not a jem or Uv owner yet, but got a 7RG76blahblah and hot on the market for the UV777GR... I want one so bad I can taste it!

Please do not taste it until you have cleaned the neck.
