What Lacquer on JEM Maple Fretboard?

What kind of Lacquer is used on the JEM maple fretboards (Pyramid)?
Epoxy? If so, what kind?
Is there any better options available? "Thin" finish.

Hi, I think the necks are finished with tung oil... there should be someone out there though with the sure answer but I think that's what is used.

As for glue, What is used to glue a Fretboard to the Neck?
Epoxy (1 or 2 part?) or Titebond original?
Is wood swelling - warping - a risk?

Any difference if it is Maple, Rosewood, Pau Ferro or Ebony?

I like to use Birchwood Casey Tru Oil and then a coat of their Gunstock Wax. It's what Ernie Ball uses.
