Where can I buy an intonation lock screw and washer?

Well, I have an RG3120 and I stripped the intonation lock screw so I managed to get it out wth pliars. Anyway, where can I buy another intonation lock screw and washer for my lo pro edge trem? Do they sell this stuff at guitar stores? Also, on this site there is a tool called the EdgeAdjust3 (http://www.jemsite.com/tech/img/t_eadj3.jpg) ... can I purchase one of these somewhere and is it easy to use? It says it will help intonate the guitar. Any help would be of most excellence.

I conduct business by email and not in public. They aren't cheap, it's not like I had the luxury of paying wholesale for them. And I'm down to my last 3 Edge tools.
