Where should I buy neaon paints for swirls?

I am going to be doing my first swirl pretty soon and I need advice on where to buy very bright neon paint to use. Thanks in advance.

I've read that Airbrush paints can be really bright. I use oil paints myself as they're known in the marbling(the real name for the the technique) for their bright vibrant colour, with their downside being you have less control over them...with is great for swirling.

You can also get like pure pigment and just mix it into whatever paint you've been using to brighten it up.
