Would a JEM 555 body and RG neck match?

Would a RG Wizard II neck fit a JEM 555 body ? They have both AANJ but as I've been reading some AANJ are different to others ...

AFAIK, the 555 has the same dimensions of the 7VWH (and siblings).
If so, probably someone here have made such mod.
