ZR Tremolo arm socket

Well, I've had my S470 for a year and a half now, and the tremolo arm started to bend and broke the socket. &@$#%#! None of the stores I've checked have the parts in stock either.

I'm just wondering, could I possibly fit the trem with a Lock-in socket? If possible that'd be awesome but highly unlikely. Anyways, would it be easier to order the parts through a store or directly from Ibanez? Anyone else had this same problem?

What do you mean by lock-in-socket. Do you mean pop in style?

Yeah, sorry I meant Pop-in.

Also, would I need to glue the arm holder and nut onto the socket, 'cause there was material on there or was it lock bond?

Re: ZR Tremolo arm socket

You could have a pop-in style made for around $30 or you could buy and OFR from stewmac for around $15, or you could buy and original from Rich. Here is a pic of a custom made pop in style arm holder.
