Do you guys at ibanez.com ever check your mail?

I must have sent 15 mails,
and have yet to see a reply!

Thank god for jemsite....

If someone sent you 15 emails, what would you do? I know I'd hit DELETE about 14 times....but that's just me.

If you are thanking Jemsite, why are you emailing Ibanez?

For the record: I'm 99.9% sure that they check their email regularly everyday.

I'm not defending ibanez' web "support", because it is abysmal. That said, they also do not encourage or even allow EMAIL, as it would take 5-10 minutes to find an email addy or email form at ibanez.com. Either way, I don't see this changing anytime soon... glen

pretty obvious answers here:

1. I didn't send all the E-mails at once.
just when I needed some assistance.

2. I don't mail them anymore, cuz
I found out about this site,and here you
can actually get some response. that's why
I'm thanking Jemsite.
