I like Gary alot, but I have to say, that sounded so "canned'. Especially when he slipped with the "break a string" part talking about the ZPS, where it does nothing if you break a string. And as a tech he should also have experienced the flat return from pullup on the ZPS, not like he'd mention it in that setting. He also talks about the Synchroni and the bolt that stops pullup, when without the bolt against the block, you barely have a 1/2 step of pullup to begin with, barely vibrato. That was the biggest sales pitch interview I've seen a tech do.
