High quality HSS with floyd ;o)


Hi,

am I completely blind or is it true that Ibanez doesn´t make a high quality guitar with HSS config. and floyd?????

If yes......are there plans to make one?

They used to but not anymore.

look around for an old rg560. they're cheap as chips.

i picked up one on the 'bay last night for 130 bucks.

RG560s, and RG760s are big bargins. The HSS pickup set up gets those guitars little respect. --Jason

I recently sold a RG760FM that would have been right up your alley. Trans flames, offset dots, H/S/S. See if you can find one of those from 2002 I believe it was.

Plus it's commonly thought that Lo-pro's and Edge trems are superior to Floyds. Having lots of guitars with both, I tend to agree....

Gotoh Floyds are just as good Edge/Lo-pro .

Just a thought..

THeres no difference between putting a sustainer in a H S H to putting a single coil in a H S H. Just fill the slot with a blank or a dummy single.

Edge and Lo-pro's are licensed floyds... just like the vast majority of what refered to as 'floyds' out there. it's not like he said OFR.
