Ummm...are we talking about www.ibanez.com?

I'm not sure how far your love goes back, but the current site is a VAST improvement over 1999, and MILES above the "flashy" 2000 attempt.

Jeez- how often do you guys want a full re-vamp of a site? *Is this 5th Ave., or guitars? *:-)

Yes I am talking about Ibanez.com. I began to love Ibanez guitars in 2000 so if the site was worse (slower) than it is now, *&%$!!!!! I compare their site to this one, its fluid, fast, and expertly moderated. You can even get replies here!!! Not there. All in all I beleave we all love our Ibanez guitars and want the best for the company, but when you compare the product to the support, the site is not very user friendly. IMOP

Trust me- they're working on customer support via the 'net. *

I'm sure they'd be happy to forward you all the emails about how to change strings. *:-)

I think the 2001 site is great. The 2000 site was a bummer, and het 99 site was old style and not very interactive.

Although I think the japanese site is yet better than the english version.

Cheers,
Joten
