I'd just like to say that Ibanez have an awful service, both for retailers and consumers in Ireland. I'm looking for an Edge whammy bar and the music shops cant get it because Ibanez are simply to slow ,too infrequent with regards to delivery and have no customer service based in Ireland.
I love the
Ibanez guitars, but am annoyed by the lack of service post purchase.I would suggest they create a reliable customer service available worldwide as other well known companys have done already.
What is service like in other well known areas of the world for Ibanez owners?
