JEM 2K- Truss Rod covers - I'm missing

I wonder why there is no Truss Rod cover with the JEM2k. Is there a special reason? Can I get one from Ibanez or would the UV Truss Rod covers from Abalon Accents fit for the JEM. I think she would have looked better with a T.R.c.
