More 7's!

I think there should be a bit more variety in the 7 string market. All we got this year are the Korn Model, The Universe, the RG1527, & The couple of really low end 7's (The Geo and the AX). What happened the the 7620? The 7420? The S5407? We need more 7's!

We should also have the options that the japanese guitars have (Like matching heads and whatnot)

DITTO! How about some more mid to high end models with more than just solid colors finishes?

I agree! Actually I would like to see a budget Korean RG7, perhaps with a 7-string version of the Edge Pro II (Edge Pro IIVII? Hehe). I would have played seven-string guitars a decade ago if I didn't have to scrimp and save for so long. I think Ibanez missed a good opportunity to do this during the Korn-led 7-string resurgance a few years ago.

A budget black 7-string RG with locking trem and a single humbucker at the bridge (and maybe white binding) would absolutely slay.

They should redo the K7. get rid of that goofy inlay and those old finishes, and add new finishes. Remember that natural mahogany one that Head had? or how about those nice flame top 7 RG's from about '98 or so?

even if limited edition they might get a few more sales........

they've made them. In the early 90s there was one w/ a edge 7 and i think 99-01 there was one with a LoTRS 7.

I want to see a 7-string with piezo (Double Edge Pro 7?? ) on a new body style. That would kick ass.

Definetely more 7's. Especially in the mid priced market, without sparkly finishes
