Re: Mr. Hosono.........
Its not rude, fair point, i just thought Tak was asking everyone rather than just Ranz.

Re: Mr. Hosono.........
I think where guitar makers in general really miss the mark is lack of a really refined and classy 7 string. The 7 string S model this year was a step in the right direction but the black is the reason I won't be purchasing one. However, if it just had a plain oiled body or a translucent non-black color finish then I would be first in line to grab one.

Re: Mr. Hosono.........
JUst been on the palm rest thread.........my comments:
i find it really handy (no pun intended)
as a cak handed person my left arm has a slight twist to it and the rest allows me to be more natural and loose without having to keep my arm and wrist off the trem, which in time does put a strain on my forearm muscles.
I would love to see these a standerd option for any ibanez.

I really liked the Trans Green S7420 (i think it was that, maybe 470) was a really classy looking guitar, was a shame when that was discontinued.

1. RGT7
2. Colours other than black. Nothing extreme, just something other than black. Blue and red is hot!
3. RGTA7!

I know it was about 7 strings, so lets say the Prestige 1550 in both 6 and 7 strings.
Dump the Cosmo finish (chrome is always nice) on 6 and 7 strings.
Better hardware on the Korean and Indonesian 7 strings.

Re: Mr. Hosono.........
i get so tired of these requests. keep going and ibanez reps probably won't bother reading it.
saying, 'bring back bla bla!' or 'make this model guitar!' or 'add a trem!' is not helpful here
requests are great in some threads, but if people are trying to put forward good points here then it'll just get lost eventually in pages of 'bring back the bla bla!'
atleast stay on topic, this is about SEVEN STRINGS
argue your point, ask yourself "what's in it for ibanez?" and if you can't think of enough reason why it'll be very profitable for ibanez, don't even bother mentioning it

How about something like this? RG550 meets Universe. Or as in older years of jem, lower end versions of a UV???
This photos may get a picture in minds?

I'm with you. Black or chrome. Cosmo never did it for me. Black is best, IMO, with chrome a close second.
