Mr Hosono, I have been a huge fan of Ibanez guitars ever since the neon colored RG's became available in th 80's. I know that everyone on here has thier own opinion of what Ibanez should do as far as colors, models, hardware and such, and that it is not possible to make everyone happy.
My suggestion, which I feel would please quite a few customers, would be this guitar..... an S-series with a
string thru body fixed bridge like on the RG321, h-s-h pickup configuration, oval inlays instead of the s wave inlays, and a regular painted finish instead of the open pore finish on the s320. Maybe it could even be made with a
reverse headstock.
I love the S-series but in a way the line is somewhat limited. the only apparent differences between the current models is the colors that they are available in, and the pickup configuration (the new s470 vs. the rest of the line).
Well, thanks for listening to my suggestion. Keep up the awesome work. It's nice to know that you are listening. Oh, and for what it's worth, I would love to see some of the awesome green , purple, and salmon colored finishes that ibanez used to produce.
sincerely, chris
