Probable Design Flaw - RG based body.....

In the past few months I have seen 4 seperate RG 470 bodys that have cracked and seperated in the trem post area of the wood between the post's themselves and the small strip of wood seperating this area from the Humbucker cavity.......All 4 of them were front mount electronics style bodys as well.....

Here is the 4th one I've seen and this one possibly has a serial number for you since this is an auction body this picture and subject may go away

If anyone from Ibanez is looking this area needs to be addressed as we all want to keep the Ibanez name looking good for present as well as future owners =o)

The problem is obvious-
The repair guy used appoxy instead of EPOXY.

Ummm Kev, they shouldn't have broken in the first place.....

Believe it or not I was talking to a guy in Canada today on the phone about his UVMC and we got to talking (he works for a dealer) and he brought up this lower line RG that had split in that exact same spot. And the problems he was having with Efkay to get anything done. He was giving me the *good old days* speach, cause he was selling his MC of course I hear the theme from Twilight Zone playing in the background.
