Re: Tak... is this true?

i think he meant all of his personal guitars, but it'd be pretty awesome if it really was on the production model 7vwhs!
i like the kooky look, it's different..

I absolutely and completely think this is an April Fools thing - you can't refret it, you can't even recrown the frets if you do a fret level - sorry, millions of guitarists worldwide get by with the vagarities of the conventional guitar fretboard - if they don't they can have a crack at a Buzz Feitin system, but this......

.... nah ......

Seems pretty expensive to me...I think Steve Vai just scored another endorsement and we get to pay our collective @sses off for stuff like that.

Re: Tak... is this true?

It looks like he is just having all HIS guitars done like that. If Ibanez picks up on it, then they may make a production line, or a custom shop option.
Notice though, in the video, he did not play the guitar at all. He probably has to get use to it.

Re: Tak... is this true?

So basically what he is saying is that every guitar player around the world is playing out of tune once he strummed the first chord.
