Dearest Ibanez-

* * I recently sent a letter to the director of sales, who summarily forwarded my JS-10th sob story to an underling. *Yesterday I received an invoice in the mail, including postage to Bensalem, PA, for my 10th. *Thank you for offering your technical assistance free of charge.

-Devin

Whether they do or not, that's what this section is intended for.

Lets leave it as this... if I were a site visitor or forum member and wanted to offer Ibanez some meaningful feedback, it would be smart for me to take the time to post here ...glen

As you can see, we've had our eye on you for some time now, Mr. Anderson.

There was a bit of confusion about Devin's post. *Let me make it crystal (planet) clear for everyone:

Ibanez is paying for shipping (both ways) for his JS to be repaired by the top luthier on Hoshino USA's staff.

Not bad, eh? *:-)

P.S.- Am I the only one that finds it creepy/odd that his name was "Tom Anderson" in The Matrix?

I know this isn't the place...

But also Agent Smith ... as in Paul Reed Smith ?

The ship was a blah blah whatever "Mark III" as in Boogie Mark III.
