Why limit fixed bridge RG's to Japan?

I really would love to be able to buy RG-shaped Ibanez (preferably prestige) in Europe too, and from what I've read, so do many others here and elsewhere.

The new PGM30 has a decent bridge, but why no fixed bridge model since that's what I think PG plays?

And with fixed bridge I mean Gotoh GTC-101

You can import from a # of places. You could try and score a RG421 in the states before their all gone. Or import a 321 from here or Japan once its avaliable. I believe they also have a RG621 model in Japan which they should still be making.

I feel bad for you guys!! At least they started giving us SOMETHING fixed bridge!

Its real tough when you LOVE Ibanez and HATE trems!!
Its like loving Strats and hating alder!!!

I 2nd that! I'd love an RG w/ Wizard I neck AND a fixed bridge in a mahogany or ash body.
That's pretty much all I would want in life, and an amp too.

And that's it. Fixed bridge RG/wizard I neck.

C'mon Hoshino!

I also wish Ibanez didn't limit the fixed bridge RG's to Japan. In my long quest for one I ended up buying the only RG421 I could find in Sydney (Australis the Ibanez distributor here didn't have any left).

All they had were RG321's. Korean made....which I did NOT want.

So I got my store to speak with the Ibanez rep over here to see if he could pull a few strings and get me an RG3271 which I was ready to pay a premium amount for. I thought, hey, I guess they should be able to special order one in for me.

Apparently Ibanez Japan said an outright NO. No reason was given.

If you won't let the distributors order these guitars with their normal shipments atleast let them special order in the guitars. There is a demand for these I assure you. Especially in Australia.

At the moment there are no RG shaped guitars with thin, flat necks and a fixed bridge in Australia. You will have a market here for these guaranteed.

fixed bridges.....

How about just one high end guitar with a fixed bridge and maybe even a figured top??....Possibly a new rendition of the USRG10??
