I know this isn't the best of places to ask help with such pieces but I'm interested in Joe Pass's version.

I've managed to figure out the first 50 seconds but then it gets a little tougher. Does anyone have the tabs or have the skills to make a tab of the song?

It's a really great piece and I'd really like to know how to play all of it.

A guy named Juripari in rec.music.makers.guitar.jazz on Usenet sells a tab of that for $1.50. If it's worth the buck and a half to you, it's at http://www.angelfire.com/jazz/clif/CDStore.htm
It's a tab of the song though, not a note for note of Joe's version (I imagine Joe had a number of versions, as well).

Is the Joe Pass' version a solo chord melody? There is a good powertab for the Jim Hall/Ron Carter version on powertabs.net. Maybe you can check this out and try to make your own chord-melody arrangement.
