Choke that monkey! - need help with practice regime

OK, so the past few weeks I've actually gradually started practicing again, reason for this being that I haven't learnt anything for ages, and my own licks are starting to sound tired (even to me!). The only problem with this is that I am quite lost, as I haven't done this practice thing for ages! So I need some help.

First of, I will list my goals:
1)Speed
2)Greater finger independance, and greater little finger utilisation.
3)Sweep picking, learn to do it more accurately and cleanly, and attain greater finger independance here.(if that makes sense).
4)String skipping and alternate picking (in a rythm guitar context)
5)Improve downstrokes and general pick hand speed/accuracy.

...Basically, this just about covers everything I think
I am not really interested in theory, although I have started to figure out modes (finally!).

So my question is, does anyone have any good excercises for this lot, or can anyone point me in the right direction? Videos are of no use currently, as I don't have a VCR...

Also, I have about 1-3 hours free every evening to myself (after work) to practice, so how long would people recommend I spend on each individual excercise I pick out? Do you play the same ones every day, or chop and change?

Any help much appreciated as I plot my rise to super stardom (the bedroom kind )

James
