From what I have seen, the recording used in the movie is 159bpm.

If you go though the lessons above, you should have it down it no time as long as you practice and know what the notes are.

I get the last note in the song by fretting on the pole peices of my neck pickup. How do you guys do it?

I had (still have the printout, but no file) a scanned tab of the song that said to do exactly that.

its not a slide, already tried that. He fretted on the neck pickup of a telecaster, but he was also using the eventide harmonizer, so it harmonizes a not with it so its kind of like a chord? if that makes any sense.

I have just started to learn to play it too, I am find it easier to play if i rememeber exactly where to play, and not always look at the tab. I have the tab in total guitar issue 57, they say the last note has a lower c# and A over dubbed. Total guitar also says the best way to play the last three notes is as pinch harmonics played at the 13th, 16th and 17th frets on the e string.
Total guitar also says it starts at 160 bpm and the last sectin is 130bpm. I am not stickign with the fingering they put, I am rolling some of the notes coz it makes more sense than to play them all individually.
Any other advice?
Thanks Gareth
