Free online music theory lessons

Hi everyone,

I've recently started a blog with free, fairly detailed music theory lessons. The address is intromusictheory.blogspot.co.uk

The first lesson is very basic, but over the coming weeks I'll be posting more complex stuff. I just wanted to start from the very basics for complete novices, and build up in a nice structured course.

So if you're like me and neglected the theory side of guitar for too long, then check it out.

Anyways I hope it is of use to some of you (as you have all been so good to me on this forum). Please let me know what you think. Any constructive criticism would be great. You can either post it on here, or email me through the blog.

Just wanted to let everyone know that the second lesson is now up and running.
Includes how to construct major scales among other things.

Going to check it out now. I've been playing for years, but mostly by ear, so I need to learn something new and thought you're theory lessons might help. I'll let you know if they do.. God speed

I've gone for way too long without knowing any kind of theory and my playing has suffered for my laziness, but here recently i've looking to change that. I'm definitely going to check these out, thanks in advance.
