fretting hand position

i think i may be causing my self problems with my fret hand posisitioning ive included in debth pics of my bending and fretting and chordal positions please let me know if the hand positioning is bad and any tips to help resolve this(ive been playing like this for 14 years self taught though i am having trouble pickng up speed past 120 bpm so any tips/advise apreciated)

As far as your hand postioning is concerned I can't answer that. What I can say is playing fast is not everything to anything. There are too many speed demons out there as it is. I would rater play two notes that hit an emotion in someone than sixty-four. Play what you feel man and nice strat there dude. Post more pics of it.

Hand position looks fine to me. Maybe do some stretching before hand. I am curious how you are able to play with those long fingernails on the fretting hand.
