just use the file menu and the search thingy on guitarpro!! means you can search mysongbook.com from the program

what is it that you dont understand? search the song you want either on mysongbook.com or via the file menu in guitarpro, click the floppy disk symbol for the song and remember where you downloaded it.
then in guitar pro go file-->open then opent the file and hit play and embrace a MIDI backing track in its full glory aswell as a tab with rhythm and a highlight that moves across it as the song goes on
