Help please!!

Hey all,

I usually tend to write my own stuff but lately ive been buildin' up the riff vocab a bit. I'm looking to find some riffs in D-G-C-F-A-D tuning (whole step down). I know Symphony X have a lota great riffs in that tuning (Set the World On Fire, Sea of Lies, etc...).

I was wondering if you folks can suggest some other riffs for me to throw in the ole' memory bank, stuff in that specific tuning. Any advice is greatly appreciated

Re: Help please!!

I'm Broken isn't Drop D but it's flatter than DGCFAD, about halfway between C# and D.

Hmm...it's possible you guys are right. However every single tab I have calls for drop D for that particular riff. But without getting into a theory discussion...any other suggestions ?
