How do you practice!!

Hello there

I was wondering how do you make the time to practice since my sllep cicle got completely screwed up when finishing my EE tesis, and now I have started to work I wonder how do you do when you get to start at like 8:00 pm .

I need like 4 hours of practice minimun thx!!
